Cooking Directions

  1. Rinse & Peel Shrimp leaving the tail on is optional. Set aside
  2. Rinse & Clean Scallops Under Cold Water. Make Sure To Pull Off The Side Muscle On The Scallop. It should feel smooth all the way around when touching with your fingers.
  3. Place cleaned scallops on a paper tile and pat dry getting any excess water out of the Scallop.
  4. Lightly season the scallops with salt and pepper. Set aside for a moment.
  5. Chop up 1 half of each green & Red Peppers. Dice into small cubes.
  6. Chop scallion onions. Make sure to remove the top.
  7. Grab a 5 quart cooking pot and melt 1 whole stick of butter.
  8. Pour chopped onions & peppers into pot & sauté them on medium heat. Stir in melted butter until cooked soft. Make sure to stir them occasionally so they won’t stick to pan.
  9. Chop Beef Sausage into moon shapes or keep them whole circles. It’s up to you.
  10. Add Chopped Sausage to the pot and cook Sausage until it has a nice seared look.
  11. In a separate pan pour in 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Heat pan to medium heat and sear each Scallop for 4 mins on each side. Place seared scallops on a paper tile on a plate and set aside.
  12. Add Shrimp to the pot and mix all together. Season shrimp with 1/2 TBSP of old bay spice. Cook shrimp until pink on both sides.
  13. Wash & cut up broccoli.
  14. Add chopped broccoli to the pot.
  15. Pour all 3 jars of Alfredo sauce.
  16. Add 1/2 tsp of garlic salt.
  17. Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
  18. Add 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  19. Mix all together and let simmer on medium heat for 10min until broccoli is cooked soft but crunchy.
  20. Add Scallops to the Top and stir the pot mixing the scallops through the pot.
  21. Make sure to put pot on low heat after it’s done to not overcook broccoli and shrimp and scallops. Season to taste if you feel you need to add a bit more spice.
  22. Cook your choice of pasta for the Alfredo sauce. I prefer fettuccine or spaghetti noodles.
