
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lbs of whole turkey wings with drum leg attached or just Turkey wing portions.
- 2 10oz 3/4 cans of Campbell’s Cream Of Mushroom Soup.
- 6 Fresh peeled whole garlic pieces.
- 1/2 Large Onion.
- Garlic Salt.
- Garlic Powder.
- Season All Spice.
- Onion Powder.
- Goya Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning.
- Dried Thyme.
- Poultry Seasoning.
- 1 Cup 1/2 Of Water
- Diced Fresh parsley
Directions
- Rinse And Clean Turkey Wings By Removing Any Leftover Feathers. Place Wings in A Large Tin Pan For Seasoning Or In A Large Mixing Bowl.
- Preheat Oven To 365 Degrees Fahrenheit. Pour Water Into Another Large Tin Pan Or In A Large Dutch Oven Pot And Set Aside.
- Next Lightly Season All Turkey Wings With The Spices Listed Above Making Sure Both Sides Are Coated Evenly. Try Your Best Not Over Season The Turkey Wings. The Goal Is To (Lightly Coat )The Wings With All the spices on both sides.
- After You Have Lightly Spiced The Turkey Wings Place them in your Dutch Oven Pot Or Large Tin Pan.
- Open Both Cans Of Cream Of Mushroom Soup. Using A Spoon Cover Each Turkey Wing With The Soup Paste. Once Both Cans Are Empty Use The Back Of The Spoon To Spread Mushroom Soup Evenly Over Each Piece.
- Take Your Fresh Peeled Garlic Pieces And Place Them Over The Turkey Wings.
- Cut Your Whole Peeled Onion In Half. Slice The Other Half In Long Chunks Slices. Add Those Onions On Top Of The Turkey Wings.
- Lightly Sprinkle Fresh Diced Parsley Over Wings.
- If You Used A Large Tin Pan Cover Tightly With Tinfoil. If You Used A Dutch Oven Pot Place Lid Top On Pot.
- Place Turkey Wings in Oven and cook For 75 Minutes covered.
- After 75 Minutes Uncover And Stick Turkey Wings With A Fork Or Knife To See If The Turkey Wings Are Tender Or Hard To Penetrate.
- At This point The Turkey Wings Should Be Half Way Done. Turkey Takes A Lot Longer To Cook Than Chicken.
- Cover The Turkey Wings And Place Back In The Oven For An Additional 30 Minutes.
- After 30 Minutes The Turkey Wings Should Be Tender To Fork.
- Uncover The Turkey Wings And Place Back In The Oven To Brown For 30 Minutes. You Want Them To Be Golden Brown But Not Black. Take The Cream Of Mushroom Soup Using A Large Spoon And Base The Turkey Wings By Using The Juice From The Bottom of the pan. Be Careful To Burn Yourself. The Pan And Juice Will Be Hot.
- Once They have browned Nicely let Them Sit Uncovered For 5 minutes Before Serving The Wings.
- The Internal Temperature Of Cooked Turkey Should Be 165 Fahrenheit Using A Food Thermometer.
- Place On A Platter And Serve. You Can Add More Juice And Fresh Diced Parsley On Top For Garnish.
