Turkey Meatloaf


  1. 2.5 lbs of ground turkey 
  2. 1/2 Diced Red Pepper 
  3. 1/2 Diced Green Pepper 
  4. 1 Medium Diced Yellow Onion
  5. 1 1/2 Of McCormick Meatloaf Packet
  6. 1/4 cup of dry bread crumbs
  7. 1 TSP of garlic salt 
  8. 1 TSP of onion powder 
  9. 1 TSP of Season all 
  10. 1 TSP of Nature’s Seasoning
  11. 1 TSP of Black Pepper 
  12. Fresh or dried parsley for garnish 
  13. 1 TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce
  14. 2 eggs beaten 
  15. Ketchup 
  16. BBQ Sauce


  1. Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all your ingredients into the bowl and Squeeze a little bit of ketchup and bbq sauce to the mixture. 
  3. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed into the meat evenly.
  4. Next place the meat into a large baking dish. 
  5. Shape your meatloaf into an oval shape using your hands and create a trench in the center. Smooth the edges around as best you can making sure the meatloaf is compacted together.
  6. Squeeze ketchup into the trench of the meatloaf filling it up. 
  7. Next squeeze BBQ Sauce and More Ketchup in a zigzag motion across the top and down the sides of the meatloaf.
  8. Garnish the top with parsley.
  9. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  10. Bake for 1 hour covered with tinfoil. 
  11. After 1 hour place meatloaf back into oven uncovered for an additional 5 minutes to brown a little. 
  12. Meatloaf is done when the internal temperature is 155 to 160 F.
  13. Meatloaf is paired well with mashed potatoes and green beans.
