
Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs of ground turkey
- 1/2 Diced Red Pepper
- 1/2 Diced Green Pepper
- 1 Medium Diced Yellow Onion
- 1 1/2 Of McCormick Meatloaf Packet
- 1/4 cup of dry bread crumbs
- 1 TSP of garlic salt
- 1 TSP of onion powder
- 1 TSP of Season all
- 1 TSP of Nature’s Seasoning
- 1 TSP of Black Pepper
- Fresh or dried parsley for garnish
- 1 TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 eggs beaten
- Ketchup
- BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl.
- Add all your ingredients into the bowl and Squeeze a little bit of ketchup and bbq sauce to the mixture.
- Make sure all the ingredients are mixed into the meat evenly.
- Next place the meat into a large baking dish.
- Shape your meatloaf into an oval shape using your hands and create a trench in the center. Smooth the edges around as best you can making sure the meatloaf is compacted together.
- Squeeze ketchup into the trench of the meatloaf filling it up.
- Next squeeze BBQ Sauce and More Ketchup in a zigzag motion across the top and down the sides of the meatloaf.
- Garnish the top with parsley.
- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 1 hour covered with tinfoil.
- After 1 hour place meatloaf back into oven uncovered for an additional 5 minutes to brown a little.
- Meatloaf is done when the internal temperature is 155 to 160 F.
- Meatloaf is paired well with mashed potatoes and green beans.
