  4. Using a table spoon scoop and roll your meatballs by hand and shape them into perfectly round circles. I was able to make more than 30 meat balls out of 3 pounds of Turkey. It’s all up to you as far as how big or small you want them to be.
  5. Add TBSP of vegetable oil to a large skillet.
  6. Heat pan on medium/high heat.
  7. Braise the meatballs until they are golden light brown evenly around but not burnt. You can adjust the temp if your stove gets really hot.
  8. remove cooked meatballs and set aside in a safe dish covered or use tinfoil to keep warm.
  9. Add 1 stick of butter to the hot pan and all purpose flour.
  10. Using a whisk or wooden spoon stir the butter and flour together continuously until the flour and butter turns light brown.
  11. Next add heavy cream and beef broth to the pan and make sure to keep stirring until the gravy begins to thicken.
  12. Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir that into the gravy.
  13. Taste the gravy and add a little natures seasoning to add a bit more flavor if you like or salt and pepper depending on your taste buds.
  14. add all the meatballs to the pan and mix them into the gravy.
  15. Following the directions on the egg noodles bag.
  16. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt.
  17. Cook your egg noodles until soft and fluffy.
  18. Keep your meat balls on low heat and let them simmer until noodles are done. Also stir them occasionally.
  19. Use the remainder chopped parsley for garnish.
  20. Serve over the eggs noodles and add garnish Is optional.
  21. The meatballs should be nice and tender and flavorful.
  22. Bon appétit and enjoy Food With Zach Family 😋
