Directions
- Add ground turkey to a large mixing bowl.
- Combine bread crumbs, all the spices listed above, minced garlic, eggs, 2 TBSP finely diced parsley
- After thoroughly mixing the ground turkey with the ingredients listed above grab a rectangle dish to place meatballs in to spaced evenly.
- Using a table spoon scoop and roll your meatballs by hand and shape them into perfectly round circles. I was able to make more than 30 meat balls out of 3 pounds of Turkey. It’s all up to you as far as how big or small you want them to be.
- Add TBSP of vegetable oil to a large skillet.
- Heat pan on medium/high heat.
- Braise the meatballs until they are golden light brown evenly around but not burnt. You can adjust the temp if your stove gets really hot.
- remove cooked meatballs and set aside in a safe dish covered or use tinfoil to keep warm.
- Add 1 stick of butter to the hot pan and all purpose flour.
- Using a whisk or wooden spoon stir the butter and flour together continuously until the flour and butter turns light brown.
- Next add heavy cream and beef broth to the pan and make sure to keep stirring until the gravy begins to thicken.
- Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir that into the gravy.
- Taste the gravy and add a little natures seasoning to add a bit more flavor if you like or salt and pepper depending on your taste buds.
- add all the meatballs to the pan and mix them into the gravy.
- Following the directions on the egg noodles bag.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt.
- Cook your egg noodles until soft and fluffy.
- Keep your meat balls on low heat and let them simmer until noodles are done. Also stir them occasionally.
- Use the remainder chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve over the eggs noodles and add garnish Is optional.
- The meatballs should be nice and tender and flavorful.
