- 8oz Block of sharp cheese.
- 8oz Block of mozzarella cheese.
- 8oz Block of Colby Jack Cheese.
- 1 Egg.
- 8oz Shredded sharp cheese.
- 1 box Elbow Noodles.
- 1 Stick of butter.
- 2 cups Heavy cream.
- 2 Tsp of Garlic salt.
- 2 Tsp of Nature’s Seasoning.
- 2 Tsp of Season All.
- 1 Tsp Of Ground Mustard.
- Half sheet pan or large casserole baking dish.
- Large stove top pan.
Directions
- Cook box of elbow noodles following the directions on the box.
- Once elbow noodles are fully cooked rinse with cold water using a colander. Let water fully drain off noodles.
- Pour your noodles into a bowl and season with your spices.
- Crack 1 egg into a small mixing bowl and stir.
- After tasting your noodles to make sure it’s seasoned enough to your liking.
- Pour egg over noodles and mix.
- Next cut up your Block sharp cheddar and block mozzarella into bigs cube size pieces to melt down.
- Turn your large stove top pan on medium heat.
- Add 1 stick of butter and your cut up cheeses to the pan.
- Melt the cheese and butter slowly on medium heat because you don’t want to burn the cheese or make it clump up.
- While stirring the melted cheese slowly pour in your heavy cream into the cheese mixture.
- Next add your noodles to the pan and stir cheese sauce mixture through the elbow noodles.
- If the noodles and cheese sauce mixture seems a little thick you can add more heavy cream to thin it out.
- Pour the noodles into your half sheet or large oven baking dish. Spread the noodles evenly in the dish.
- Next sprinkle your shredded sharp Cheese over the entire top of the noodles from corner to corner.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cover Mac N Cheese with tinfoil.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and take off tinfoil.
- Place bake in oven for a nice golden brown crispy top for 5 more minutes.!
